its been quite some time since i have been posted to ship...

still doesn't really seem to real to me though...



sure, compared to many onboard i'm truly a newblood,
a youngling that does not know much about the sea, but i have been here for... what is soon to be 2 months.

and 2 months isn't exactly a short time.

to me that is...




most peculiarly, since staring at the sea plunges me into a strange melancholy that triggers all the sadness and sorrow within me. not that it helps that my work place has me staring at that expense of gray and blue...



sigh....

and i had the most peculiar of dreams last night..

if i could recreate that image in my mind, surely, you would be surprised...


not going to share more about it, except to the specific person involved within it...



still.....

its the kind of dream that sticks...
stuck in my mind...
